Complaint Handling

  • Complaint Process: We’ll investigate and work towards a resolution, keeping you informed.
  • Appeals: If you’re unsatisfied with the initial resolution, you can appeal to our team, explaining why the resolution wasn’t satisfactory. We’ll conduct a further review and provide a final decision.

Content Management

Rate Limits

To maintain site functionality and performance, we reserve the right to impose limits on how frequently you can use the Service, whether you are a free or paid user. We may change these limits at any time. Users must comply with these limits; exceeding them may result in suspended access.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we determine you have generated objectionable images using our “Custom Prompt” feature. Objectionable images include, but aren’t limited to: violence, hate speech, or content violating ethical/legal standards. We have a zero-tolerance policy for such content.

Billing Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your Patreon account information accurate and up-to-date, including email address and payment details.

Subscription Fee Changes

We may change Subscription fees at any time. We will notify you of any fee changes in advance, giving you the opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the fee changes become effective indicates your agreement to the new fee.

Refunds

Unless required by law, all payments are non-refundable.

Your Content: Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the content you submit to us. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, we need a license from you to use it.

  • By using xNude AI to upload, share, or transmit content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, copy, display, and create derivative works of your content. This license is consistent with our Privacy Policy.
  • You can terminate this license by deleting your content or your account. However, if we (or our partners) have used your content in commercial or sponsored content, the license will continue until we discontinue the use.

You also give us permission to use your username and identifying information consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.

Restrictions on Conduct and Content

When using xNude AI, you agree to the following:

  • Do not modify, translate, adapt, or reformat the website.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or discover the source code of the website.
  • Do not interfere with security features or features restricting use of the website.
  • Do not use the website to gain unauthorized access to our or third-party data/systems.
  • Do not use the website in a way that damages or disrupts our systems.
  • Do not use the website in any way that exposes us or others to liability.
  • Do not remove or obscure any copyright/trademark notices on the website.

You will not upload, share, or transmit any content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, offensive, pornographic, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy, misleading, or objectionable.
  • Constitutes or encourages a criminal offense or violates any law.
